Workshop Akasha Training - Eye of the Storm
Body and Mind Instructions with Tulku Khyungdor Rinpoche
Workshop on March 20/21, 2026
at Akasha Academy, Munich
About "Eye of the Storm"
This workshop focuses on stability in times of turmoil. Grounding oneself in the face of overwhelming situations, becoming focused even when familiar structures are overthrown: Letting silence occur and finding clarity, guidance in the flood of information.
During the workshop TK Rinpoche gives an introduction into the view of Universal Ethics, the principle of interdependence necessary for survival.
At two evenings Rinpoche shows the basics of Akasha Training connecting body, mind, and breath to support physical strength, resilience and balance. No prior knowledge is needed.
About Akasha Training
Akasha Training is taught by Tulku Khyungdor Rinpoche both as a preparation to an authentic Buddhist path of practice, and for regenerative purpose. The training includes exercises to connect body and mind, based on ancient Tantric Buddhism (Vajrayana) and traditional Daoist and Chinese medicine practices. Holistic methods of western medicine are also essential parts.

There is no preparation necessary. It might be helpful not to eat heavily just before the training starts.
The workshop is in English but German translation is available upon request.
If you get ill or something unexpected happens, please contact us and we will find a solution. We would recommend moving your registration to the following workshop. If this is not convenient for you, we would retain 30% of the participation fee to cover the costs of the change.
