In this seminar, you will learn how to use the healing power of plants to cleanse, nourish, and awaken the liver — the organ of movement, transformation, and renewal. We explore how stagnation in the liver can show up as fatigue, tension, digestive discomfort, skin imbalances, or emotional frustration — and how plants can help restore flow on all levels. Through sensory experience, and embodied understanding, this workshop invites you to reconnect with inherrent wisdom of nature.
