Ground ivy, red clover and chickweed are more than just weeds or wild plants. Many herbs on our doorstep have the potential to support our health tremendously. On our herbal walk, we stroll through Munich’s diverse green space and explore a whole range of aromatic, nutritious and healing plants. We will discover hidden herbal treasures, have a close look, smell, feel and carefully taste them.

The herbal walk will be led by Bardia v. Beust, naturopath, specialized in pain therapy and herbal medicine.
