One Planet. One Voice.
Nepal is one of the poorest and most vulnerable countries to climate change worldwide. In our presentation One Planet. One Voice. we put Nepal’s situation into perspective with the situation in Germany and show that despite big differences between the two countries we all need the same conditions to live: clean water, clean air and a balanced temperature.
With video contributions from Nepal, we provide insights into the situation on site. We present current projects run by the Akasha Academy in the fields of education, women empowerment, environmental protection and health, which inspire confidence and bring about a positive change for a future of our planet.

German: Die Situation Nepals als eines der ärmsten und mit am stärksten vom Klimawandel betroffenen Länder wird zur Situation Deutschlands in Bezug gesetzt. Wir zeigen, dass trotz großer Unterschiede zwischen beiden Ländern die essentiellen Lebensbedingungen gleich sind: Sauberes Wasser, saubere Luft und ein ausgewogenes Klima. Mit Videobeiträgen aus Nepal geben wir Einblicke in die Situation vor Ort. Wir stellen Projekte aus den Bereichen Bildung, Frauen-Empowerment, Umweltschutz und Gesundheit vor, die Selbstvertrauen inspirieren und positive Veränderungen schaffen – lokal und global.
