What is Akasha Training
Akasha Training is the art of connecting body, breath and mind. It includes physical and breathing exercises, as well as meditation techniques. The training serves a regenerative purpose, and as a preparation for an authentic Buddhist path of practice. The foundation of the training is Universal Ethics – guidelines to employ common ground.
Origin
Akasha Training was developed by TK Rinpoche. It is based on ancient Tantric Buddhism (Vajrayana) and traditional Daoist and Chinese medicine practices. Holistic methods of Western medicine are also essential parts of the training.

Spinal power
Akasha Training is the physical practice of Universal Ethics and taught by TK Rinpoche. Exercises connecting body, mind, and breath allow silence to occur and enhance physical strength and resilience.

Vital energy
Building up vital energy in the centre and bringing it into movement. These exercises regenerate the lower spine and pelvic floor area.

Art of breath
Introduction into the regenerative and spiritual dimension of the original breath. This workshop includes practical breathing exercises and meditation.

Eye of storm
Stability in current times of turmoil, grounding oneself in the face of overwhelming situations, staying focused even when familiar structures are overthrown: Letting silence occur and finding clarity, guidance in the flood of information – eye of the storm.

Art of balance
Introduction into the view of Universal Ethics – Generating balance between opposing, colliding elements, factors, or interests. Emphasizing fundamental basics of existence to aid to the survival of humanity.
