Akasha Training

Inner strength for outer change

With all the global challenges and constant distractions, how can we stay grounded and find clarity?

Akasha Training, taught by TK Rinpoche, offers a path to find strength and balance. By connecting body, breath, and mind, it has a regenerative effect on oneself and one’s surroundings.

“Breath is the link between mind and body – it is also the link between us, everyone else and the environment.”

TK Rinpoche

What is Akasha Training

Akasha Training is the art of connecting body, breath and mind. It includes physical and breathing exercises, as well as meditation techniques. The training serves a regenerative purpose, and as a preparation for an authentic Buddhist path of practice. The foundation of the training is Universal Ethics – guidelines to employ common ground.

Origin

Akasha Training was developed by TK Rinpoche. It is based on ancient Tantric Buddhism (Vajrayana) and traditional Daoist and Chinese medicine practices. Holistic methods of Western medicine are also essential parts of the training.

Workshops

Akasha Training is offered through a series of workshops, each with specific focus. Together, they provide a toolkit for different situations in life. For participation no prior knowledge is needed.

Spinal power

Akasha Training is the physical practice of Universal Ethics and taught by TK Rinpoche. Exercises connecting body, mind, and breath allow silence to occur and enhance physical strength and resilience.

Vital energy

Building up vital energy in the centre and bringing it into movement. These exercises regenerate the lower spine and pelvic floor area.

Art of breath

Introduction into the regenerative and spiritual dimension of the original breath. This workshop includes practical breathing exercises and meditation.

Eye of storm

Stability in current times of turmoil, grounding oneself in the face of overwhelming situations, staying focused even when familiar structures are overthrown: Letting silence occur and finding clarity, guidance in the flood of information – eye of the storm.

Art of balance

Introduction into the view of Universal Ethics – Generating balance between opposing, colliding elements, factors, or interests. Emphasizing fundamental basics of existence to aid to the survival of humanity.
